We have all had Yoga classes that stand out. Even if we don’t remember sequences, we know how we felt; the spaciousness and calm after class. This retreat provides time and space to relax deeply. As we find space in our bodies, we may find space in life. That often leads to a deep and lingering emotional healing.

Summer is the most Yang time of year, filled with the energy of expansion, growth and creativity. Since Fire represents maximum activity and outward movement; agitation, exhaustion and insomnia are indicators of imbalance.
Yoga balances the interior and exterior landscape of body and mind, and calms the activity of Fire. When Fire is in balance, the heart is strong and healthy, the mind is calm and sleep is sound.
Cora will share helpful tools to bring you into balance. Yin foods reduce toxins, and activities like napping and reading can help cool heat and maintain balance in the system. Add mindful yoga and meditation to keep you happy and healthy all season!
